Organization: Chaplin Club , a Govt registered Social Welfare Organization[with valid FCRA] , based at Debra Block, Paschim Medinipur and presently working in the sector of : Water & Sanitation, Child Protection, Human Trafficking, Agriculture & livestock Development, Education & School project. We are presently working with Govt of W.B, Foreign donors and some reputed Corporates.
Position vacant for: Salboni Block: CSR Project ,Paschim Medinipur.

Duration: Initially for 1 year with scope of renewal based on performance.
Desired Qualifications: Master/Graduate degree with NGO working experience in Project Management, Experience in Water- Sanitation sector, Reporting, interpersonal communication and resource mobilization. Candidates will is Computer friendly.
Scope of work:
• Installation of new water supply system to provide FHTC for all hosehold/Community stand post as per site condition. As well as gray water management and ground water recharge system for every household.
• Demonstrate rooftop rainwater harvesting and demonstrate different types of recharge structures as per need for augment ground water recharge
• Formation and strengthen Village Water and Sanitation Committees (VWSCs.
• Community sensitization and Awareness.
• Linkages and liaising with different Govt Departments, Corporates and other Organization.
• Maintaining MIS and Project documentation.
• Staff monitoring and capacity building.
• Dialogue with different donor Organization, Corporate and Individuals for fund raising.
Competences:
Pro-active and self-motivated, Believe in Team Work, Accountable, Creativeness, Mission-driven and flexible. Willingness to frequent visit to different Govt Departments, local administration. Field visit and interact with beneficiaries is an integral part.
Remuneration: Based on existing market value.
