Qualifications required:
1. Fisheries Expert-Mariculture Markets and Product Development Expert You will have at least • have a postgraduate degree in economics, business administration, mariculture; • have in-depth knowledge of mariculture marketing and markets internationally and in Southeast Asia; • have experience in mariculture business development in tropical or sub-tropical mariculture systems. • have experience in fisheries management or value chain with special emphasis on benthic species and bivalves. • have experience in engaging private sector and community stakeholders in the development of effective market linkages. • have experience in development of cooperative business development. 2. Fisheries Expert-Marine Food Safety Inspection You will have at least • have a tertiary qualification in food safety, business management or equivalent experience; • have Qualifications in food safety management; • have at least 15 years of work experience in development of competent authorities; • Experience working for international donors, such as the ADB, EU, USAID, GIZ, SIDA, and others; • Excellent oral and written English language skills. 3. Fisheries Expert- Data Scientist You will have at least • have a tertiary qualification in data systems and data science or related subjects – minimum of master level; • Experience in tools used by the Data Analysts; • have at least 5 years of work experience in data sciences, data analytics and data application with experience in data visualization technologies and applications in coastal and marine environments; • have demonstrated experience in a wide range of fisheries and marine projects at a senior level such as team leader for marine and coastal fisheries management projects in Southeast Asia with a background in numerical ecology, spatial science, geography, mathematics and statistics.
