Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Foreign Languages, Foreign Affairs, or Public Relations (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in designing and conducting professional training courses and as a Lead trainer.
- Minimum 10 years of experience delivering Soft/Cognitive skills (Teamwork, Prioritizing, Time management, Communication, Coordination, Collaboration, Organization, Negotiation, Interpersonal, Leadership mindset, Innovation mindset, Conflict resolution/Problem-solving, Logical/critical/Strategic thinking, Active/Sustainable listening, Decision-Making, Flexibility/Change adaptation, etc.) for multi-national and diverse adults groups of more than 10 participants.
- Excellent skills in communication, facilitation, interaction, presentation, interpersonal relations, and reporting.
- Ability to inspire and engage participants effectively.
- Excellent command of English (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of the MRC/MRCS is a preference.
- Compliance with MRC’s rules and regulations on Consultancy Management, Contract Monitoring, and Closure.
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage to the selection process.
