Water Sanitation and Hygiene Institute (WASH Institute) is a not-for-profit (NGO) that supports governments, the private sector, and communities regarding water, sanitation, and hygiene. WASH Institute is the technical partner for National government programs such as AMRUT, Swachh Bharat Mission (Urban and Rural), and Jal Jeevan Mission. We are an empanelled training centre and Swachchata Knowledge Partner under the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs for providing Technical Assistance and Capacity Building.
WASH Institute invites application for the position of Master Trainers to support to Government of Madhya Pradesh to conduct trainings for Sanitation Workers, Sanitation Supervisors under the Swachchata Knowledge Partner for Capacity Building trainings at Divisional and City Level

Desired Qualification
• MSW preferred
• Or Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Should be a proficient trainer
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake training of the trainees in the pedagogy developed.
• Report to the Program Coordinator and Project Manager for daily, weekly updates
• Collect necessary training deliverables including pre and post-test, feedback
• Report the feedback received to the PM post training
• Share weekly updates with the PM and Attend weekly calls with for project Updates
• Share all the deliverables (training report, pre post-test, photographs and other deliverables with the PM
• Support in training content updating based on the feedback received
• Coordinate with the Divisional level officials for training Callender and plan testing
• Act as a mentor for the trainees.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Capacity Building projects including training delivery at city/ District Level.
• Proficiency in the local language(s); Excellent Written and Oral Hindi Skills. Basic written and or English skills preferred.
• Basic understanding in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
Duration of the contract: 1 yr with extension as per the project deadlines/ empanelled in a contractual basis.
Location: Indore, Sagar, Bhopal, Chambal, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram, Rewa, Sagar, Shadol, Ujjain
Work profile: Hybrid mode with Willingness to travel up to 50-60% of the time to the training locations within MP
Process of Selection: Training Delivery (video) and personal Interview
The candidate is required to share a 2 min video of undertaking training (preferably in Hindi) on any of the following topics:
– Manual Scavenging Act
– Health Hazards of Sanitation Workers
– Social Problems of Sanitation workers
• Present any topic in a 2-minute video.(Please mention the topic.)
Salary Package
The annual Salary (CTC) will be commensurate with the available skills and fitment of the incumbent as per the selection process.
