We have an exciting opportunity for Graduate Civil Engineer (Water) to join our Perth Water Infrastructure team in 2026. You’ll quickly be performing design calculations, preparing and reviewing engineering drawings, involved in the design of water infrastructure, including desalination plants, treatment facilities, pump stations and pipelines. You’ll also be involved in material take-offs, attending meetings, writing reports, and attending site visits. Guided by experienced technical leaders, you will contribute to the designs of water engineering assets, which will consolidate the technical skills in your engineering discipline. You’ll also be assisting with the fundamentals of project management to provide optimal outcomes for time, cost, and quality outcomes on projects with key water industry and mining sector clients.

Working as part of a Project Team you will assist other engineers to complete the design for mechanical assets for sewer, water, and treatment plant infrastructure. Through your involvement in these Project Teams, you will collect a broad range of experience, through involvement in different stages of a project lifecycle from options assessment, concept design, functional design, and detailed design, through to construction and the operations and maintenance phase. You’ll work alongside our Senior Consultants providing meaningful input across our Water Infrastructure team – and we’ll mentor you each step of the way to ensure you’re set up for success.

Ideally, by January 2026 you’ll hold a university degree in Civil Engineering. This is a unique role that requires applicants to hold the right to work in Australia.
