Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in environment, climate change, socio-economic or development studies;
- Experiences in environmental science, climate change adaptation, and socio-economic in the Lower Mekong Basin;
- Demonstrated ability to work on data extraction;
- Excellent working level with Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing with a wide range of people;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English; and
- Familiarity with the Lower Mekong Basin and Mekong River Commission is beneficial;
- Immediate availability will be considered an advantage in the selection process.
