WWF EPO is looking for a consultant to develop a checklist for assessing national restoration plans.The budget available is max. 15.000 EUR, VAT included.The work (final report) will need to be delivered by the end of April 2025. - Quote, indicating the estimated number of days of work and daily rate
- A one-page CV with description of the expertise of the consultant(s) on the subject
- A two-page outline of the work, describing how he/she/they would approach it

Deliverables and timing
The main expected deliverables are:
- A document describing the checklist to assess the draft National Restoration Plans, containing the different criteria and the scoring system with an explanatory note, to guide the national NGOs and ensure as much as possible a harmonised approach
- A document describing the key criteria and indicators, that can be used for external communications on how the NGOs will assess the National Restoration Plans
- A proposal on how the results of the assessment could be visually presented
- Participation in a webinar for national members and partners of the Brussels-based NGOs, to present the checklist and the scoring system
The approximate timing foreseen for the project is:
- End of January 2025: Selection of consultant and signature of the contract; kick-off meeting with WWF and the NGO partners to agree on the final TOR
- February-March 2025: Development of the checklist and explanatory note, including possible review round with input of some national partners
- April 2025: Webinar for national members and partners of the Brussels-based NGOs, to present the checklist and the scoring system
- April 2025: Finalisation of the checklist and explanatory note. External communication about the checklist.
