Eligibility criteria
– Master’s Degree in Agricultural Sciences and Technologies (class LM-69), Degree in Forestry and Environmental Sciences (LM73) or equivalent degrees, or qualification obtained abroad recognized as equivalent according to current legislation;
– Research Doctorate in Soil Sciences or on subjects related to the research project or qualification obtained abroad recognized as equivalent according to current legislation;
– Professional scientific curriculum suitable for carrying out research activities.
Foreign candidates must have adequate knowledge of the Italian language.
Italian candidates must have adequate knowledge of the English language.

Selection process
The candidates will be assessed in a comparative basis, based on personal interview and evaluation of their curriculum. The selection will be carried out on the basis of the following criteria:
– experiences in field of the research proposal obtained in Italian and foreign Institutions;
– knowledge of soil physical, chemical and biological properties;
– knowledge of issues related to soil organic matter, carbon cycling and soil fertility;
– experience in soil organic matter extraction and characterization;
-experience related to data analysis and manuscript preparation;
– knowledge of the English language (translation of passages taken from scientific theses and related discussion).
