Local recruitment: Water Resources Analyst

Reporting to the Utilities Engineer, Planning and Programs (Sanitary and Stormwater), the Water Resources Analyst will be responsible for providing support and technical excellence in hydrologic and hydraulic modelling. Currently, the City has established and calibrated sanitary and stormwater models in InfoWorks ICM with the goal in mind to ensure the effective planning of new infrastructure and rehabilitation works. The Water Resources Analyst will operate, maintain, analyze, and update the models. The successful candidate will also contribute technical knowledge to flow monitoring programs, weather station networks, hydrogen sulfide monitoring, inflow and infiltration mitigation strategies, risk mitigation studies, master planning, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
