The South Oropouche River Basin (SORB) Project is seeking a Short-Term Consultant to develop Terms of Reference (ToR) for Activity 3.1.3: Participatory processes to update and develop the Management Plan for the Godineau Swamp. This role involves drafting a full ToR, creating an Evaluation of Firms document, and leading stakeholder consultations. The consultant will work with key stakeholders like Regional Corporations, the Drainage Division, and the Ministry of Agriculture to ensure an inclusive approach to swamp management.
The consultancy duration is expected to be for a period of one (1) month.
