The South Oropouche River Basin (SORB) Project is seeking a Short-Term Consultant to develop Terms of Reference (ToR) for Activity 3.1.2: Support for obtaining the Declaration of the Swamp as a Protected Area. This role involves scoping and drafting a full ToR, creating an Evaluation of Firms document, and leading stakeholder meetings. The consultant will collaborate with key institutions like the Institute for Marine Affairs and the Ministry of Agriculture to advance the swamp’s protected status.
The consultancy duration is expected to be for a period of one (1) month.
