DRDMW is looking for the best suited candidate for this role. We will also consider your potential to make contributions to the department and how you will support our commitment to equity, diversity, respect and inclusion.
Key duties and accountabilities include:
• Coordinate the department’s state interests for major project development proposals under the State Development and Public Works Organisation Act 1971, Environmental Protection Act 1994 and Planning Act 2016.
• Input into implementing business improvement in systems and processes and ensuring high quality and consistent advice is delivered to the department’s customers.
• Represent DRDMW at internal/external meetings and interdepartmental working groups and participate in regional and state-wide project teams.
• Network with Water Resource Management and other divisional groups across the state to provide reliable whole-of-DRDMW advice to customers and stakeholders.
