Job description
- Develop and prepare technical designs for water and soil conservation initiatives.
- Independently manage and execute large-scale water and soil conservation projects on-site.
- Oversee and analyze extensive data related to project performance and outcomes.
- Create and implement frameworks to assess and evaluate project impact.
- Manage project finances independently, ensuring budget adherence and financial accountability.
- Handle client relations and ensure comprehensive documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Produce high-quality knowledge products such as case studies, briefs, and articles to support knowledge building and dissemination.
- Establish and nurture local and state-level networks and partnerships to facilitate project execution and success.
- Develop compelling concepts and proposals related to water and soil conservation.
- Forge and maintain relationships with partners, donors, and government officials to drive business development and project funding.
- Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience, with a preference for experience in the Bundelkhand region.
- Proven experience managing CSR and government-funded projects, including those funded by NABARD.
- Demonstrated ability to engage with various stakeholders, including government, private sector, and local communities.
- Willingness to relocate to Jhansi, Bundelkhand area.
