announces a tender
for the position of Local Consultant to supervise the management of dams and levees for the Water Resources Service
Minimum qualification requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in water resources, ecology and environmental management. Master’s degree will be an advantage;
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in the field of dam management;
- Experience in projects of donor organizations as an expert or consultant for hydraulic structures;
- Good knowledge of oral and written Kyrgyz and Russian languages, knowledge of English is desirable.
- Good computer literacy.
