The WASH Road Map 2020-2025 is seeking a consultant to lead qualitative research on WASH data and decision-making to enhance evidence-based practices in the humanitarian sector. This exciting opportunity will allow you to engage with global stakeholders, perform in-depth data analysis, and produce actionable recommendations to improve WASH responses worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary data reviews and validate research terms of reference
- Perform qualitative data collection and analysis, including interviews with key WASH stakeholders
- Facilitate a joint analysis workshop and produce a final report
- Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders through workshops and reports
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a relevant field (Public Health, Social Sciences, etc.)
- 2-3 years of experience in qualitative research
- Proficiency in data collection, analysis, and report writing
- Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills
- Familiarity with humanitarian WASH coordination and programming
- Ability to work in English and French, with Spanish and/or Arabic being a plus
