Offer Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Postdoctoral Researcher to join our team for a one-year project focused on river hydrometeorological monitoring using ground-based and remote sensing measurements. The research will contribute to hydraulic modeling, climate change assessment, and flood risk mitigation. The successful candidate will work on two key projects: 1) Estimation of River Discharge for Climate Change Assessment; 2) Integrated Use of Satellites and Drones for Discharge Estimation in Remote Areas.
The position is available for one year, with the possibility of extension based on performance and funding. The selected candidate will have the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research with significant implications for water resource management and climate change adaptation.

Eligibility criteria
Master Degree in engineering, hydrologic sciences, hydraulics, Remote sensing or related areas and PhD degree of at least three years’ duration; Knowledge of English and Italian language (for the foreigners).
