The research project focuses on the characterization of the water circulation of the hydrostructure of the Monti
Sabatini Mountains. The objective of the project is to define the geometry of the regional aquifer by subdividing into
hydrogeological complexes of the formations present, defining piezometric scenarios and identifying the
preferential groundwater flows. The acquired data will be managed and processed through GIS software and related
database, with the aim of producing hydrogeological mapping following the standards of the CAR.G Project
