Offer Description
the candidate must demonstrate proven training, working and/or research experience in safety and salubrity assessment approaches applicable to water, and in general to foods (Food Hygiene), in Health/Nutrition Education approaches (Health Promotion), as well as skills relating to project management and epidemiology investigation methodologies, systematic reviews and meta-analyses.Furthermore, to encourage and/or strengthen transdisciplinary and international collaborations and research activities concerning the topic of salubrity of water intended for human consumption, the candidate will be asked to carry out research activities in further areas relating to the School, such as Food Sciences, Nutraceutical Sciences, Food Chemistry, Cell Biology and Toxicology, for which proven training, work or research experience is required.
