  • Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $144,140 to $146,966 + super

The Department of Climate Change, Energy, the Environment and Water is currently seeking to appoint a Senior Natural Resource Officer to join Biodiversity, Conservation and Science.

In this role you will lead and contribute expertise to inform and support the delivery of Environmental Water Programs. This includes activities such as managing floodplain projects, developing legal and policy strategies, providing expert advice and undertaking complex technical analyses to ensure key objectives are achieved.

About You

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Experience in a senior role, assisting in the successful delivery of program objectives.
  • Appropriate tertiary qualifications or demonstrated equivalent, relevant professional experience.
