- Salary relative to experience, and ranges from $106,025 to $117,363 + super
The Water Group is looking to appoint a Project Officer Water Enquiries in the Licensing & Approvals team in a full-time capacity to 30 Jue 2025, with possibility of extension.
Contribute to and implement delivery of high-quality customer services, stakeholder and community engagement activities. The role contributes to the coordination of customer enquiries, integrating the Licensing & Approvals (L&A) customer service with the Water Enquiries team.
Key Accountabilities
- Ensure customer service processes provide prompt and quality end-to-end resolution of issues and support process improvements to minimise reoccurrence of similar issues.
- Influence effective customer service delivery by identifying the specific issues, needs and interests of customers and stakeholders through capture of insights and feedback when interacting with customers.
- Monitor and evaluate customer service through stakeholder engagement and communications projects providing ideas for continuous improvement
Key Knowledge & Experience
- Experience in delivering effective, high quality customer service.
- Ability to manage competing priorities with sensitivity.
