Our graduate program is practical, engaging and challenging, and offers ongoing growth and learning opportunities. It is an exciting 2 year rotational program with a permanent role at the end of the program. Salary from $81,000 per annum plus 11.5% super.
You will participate in the award-winning Melbourne Metro Water Graduate Partnership which will provide you with valuable development and networking opportunities for your career in the water industry.
Our 2025 Graduate program will offer:
- Diverse hands-on projects.

Who can apply?
You can apply for our graduate program if you’ve completed your undergraduate or postgraduate degree in an engineering, information technology or business and arts stream, within three years of January 2025.
Applicants must:
- be an Australian Citizen, NZ Citizen or Australian Permanent Resident with permanent Australian working rights.

- A degree qualification in Engineering, Information Technology and Digital or Business and Arts.

Application process
- You will have completed your undergraduate or postgraduate qualification within the LAST three years (February 2022- February 2025) and be available to commence full-time employment by January 2025.
- You will need a resume and a current copy of your academic transcripts.

- Residing in Victoria to be eligible for employment with GWW.
- If you have chosen a location outside of your home State, you will need to relocate your own expense for the role.
- The final selection stage will be an in-person assessment centre, which is scheduled for Monday, 28 October 2024.
