Position: Apprenticeship Coordinator
Location: New Hampshire. Work from home with travel throughout the state.
Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week
Schedule: Monday – Friday; some flexible hours
Compensation: Competitive and negotiable salary, Starting range of $50,000 to $56,000, Benefits include: 100% premium paid insurance, 7% matching 401K plan, three weeks paid time off in first year, and life/short & long term disability insurance.
Job Description: The role of the Apprenticeship Coordinator is to create a career pathway for water/wastewater workers to enhance the quality of life in rural America, promote development opportunities, and improve the management of water and wastewater infrastructure across the country through the implementation of statewide registered apprenticeship programs.
Qualifications: BS in Human Resources, Workforce Administration, or Business preferred. 3-5 Years experience in management of apprenticeship programs, or experience working in workforce development or the education, training, and skills sector. Not-for-profit experience is a plus.
