You will play a vital role in providing administrative and financial support to the Deputy Programme Manager and the REACH Directors. This will involve collaborating with partners to ensure timely contracting and reporting of deliverables. Additionally, you will work closely with the Knowledge and Communications team to maintain strong coherence in information management and reporting.
You will support the final phase of partner contract reporting, focusing on financial and operational management. This will involve reviewing project expenditures, logframe report and tracking deliverables against framework agreements. Your goal will be to ensure partners successfully deliver outputs, meeting the expectations of both the department and the funder. Your well-developed problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be key to your success.
Furthermore, you will be a crucial contact, gaining a comprehensive understanding of REACH’s overall contract commitments to ensure compliance is consistently achieved. Your contributions will be essential in driving the success of our projects and maintaining strong partnerships.
The successful candidate should have a degree or equivalent experience. You will have outstanding communication skills, including the ability to communicate appropriately and effectively with a global network of international partners. The ability to organize and prioritize a varied workload efficiently to meet deadlines, coping with unpredictable volumes of work without supervision, is essential. Excellent skills in office IT systems and Microsoft 365 applications, including email, Excel, word processing, and databases, along with the ability to adapt to changing office technologies, are required. Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build effective working relationships with immediate colleagues and to interact appropriately with a wide range of contacts, including senior academics, clinicians, students, and other university staff, are necessary. You will have the ability to learn new information quickly and to assimilate complex information.
