The Guinea Water and Sanitation Project (PEAG) is under preparation with the World bank support. The Project aims to increase access to water in Greater Conakry and to support the implementation of water supply and sanitation policy and institutional reforms. To ensure sustainable water quality and quantity availability; the Project plans to implement Nature-based solutions in the upstream watershed of the water source to mitigate climate change impacts and ensure long-term sustainability of water resources. The proposed consultancy aims to provide the World bank task team in charge of project preparation with necessary knowledge and technical elements to advise the Guinean Government on priority NBS investments for sustainable water quality and quantity management in Samou basin.
