The assignment consists of Technical Engineering Advisory services (the “Lenders’ Technical Advisor” or the “LTA”) to advise the Lenders Group on full range of topics with respect to the assignment. The assignment shall include but limited to support the Lenders on due diligence activities to financial close as well as construction supervision, monitoring, testing, commissioning, and the operations for a run-of-the river hydropower project with capacity 10MW located 50 km North of Bujumbura on the Mpanda River in Burundi.
