Position
Options Consultancy Services Ltd is a global team of experts and innovators tackling some of the world’s most pressing health challenges. We work with leaders and change makers around the globe to bring health strategies to life. As part of our mission, we are seeking to expand our roster of consultants who have experience designing and delivering technical assistance solutions in fragile and conflict affected states. These consultants should be used to working in complex and insecure environments and negotiating relationships with key stakeholders under challenging conditions.
Requirements
Options is looking for consultants who have at least 5-15 years’ experience delivering Technical Assistance (TA) in FCAS settings in one or several of the countries listed (Afghanistan, Yemen, Iraq, Syria, South Sudan, Somalia, DRC, Niger, Burkina Faso). We are looking for a broad range of expertise so applicants should have experience in at least one of the following thematic areas:
- RMNCAH
- SRHR/FP
- Health systems strengthening
- Policy and governance
- Health financing
- Community engagement and accountability
- Quality of care
- RMNCAH
- Nutrition
- Human rights, gender and social inclusion
- WASH
- Air pollution
- Climate and health
Consultants should have previous experience providing TA to government ministries, civil society, local and international humanitarian and/or development partners.
