An exciting opportunity is currently available for a business administration and support specialist within the Water Resource Management area of DRDMW. The Department of Regional Development, Manufacturing and Water (DRMDW) drives growth for Queensland by managing sustainable water resources, leading innovation in manufacturing, and developing our regions. This temporary role provides an opportunity for experience working within the Water Management and Use business unit of DRDMW.

The Project Officer role is responsible for coordinating and providing business support to the Director (Water Management and Use) and their management team by coordinating the provision of administration, human resource, finance reporting and other activities as required. You will have excellent communication, project administration, diary and inbox management, and stakeholder relationship skills with the ability to liaise, consult and negotiate across all areas of the business unit to provide relevant and timely information.
