Develop a guideline that incorporates updated instruments and/or methodological tools for the preparation of Technical Reports on Preconditions ([Informe Técnico de Condiciones Previas;] ITCP) and Preinvestment Technical Design Studies ([Estudios de Diseño Técnico de Preinversión;] EDTP) for Hydrological Risk Management and Climate Resilience projects; specifically related to hydraulic control; within the context of the sector’s competencies and adherence to national regulations in force in Bolivia.
