The African Development Bank wishes to recruit the services of a highly skilled medium-term international consultant to support the water and sanitation sector Business development and Processing in the area of Non Sovereign transaction and support to private sector participation in the Water Sector in English Speaking Countries across Africa at both Upstream and Downstream stages. The specific objective of the consultancy is to support the Bank overall efforts in identifying, preparing, appraising and closing private sector related operations as well as various special initiatives and economic and sector works promoted by the sector.
