Organization Overview:
Kamalnayan Jamnalal Bajaj Foundation is a Corporate Non-Government organization founded by the Bajaj family to commemorate the great work of Shri Jamnalal Bajaj and Shri Kamalnayan Bajaj. Bajaj Foundation has been actively engaged in various need-based rural developmental programs like Water Resource Development and Management, Sustainable Agriculture development through promoting natural farming practices, Renewable Energy, Formation and strengthening of village institutions, Women’s empowerment, etc. in Wardha district of Maharashtra.
Qualifications:
- M. Tech in Water Resources Engineering and Management, B. Tech in Civil Engineering, Diploma/Degree in Civil/Agricultural Engineering/Soil and Water Conservation.
- Knowledge of Watershed Resources Development Activities.
- Knowledge of preparation plan, estimate and execution.
- Result-oriented and self-motivated.
- Willingness to work at the project sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make execution plan and ensure delivery of the project as per the targets and strategies set by the management within timelines.
- Design, estimate and implement water conservation interventions such as rainwater harvesting systems in the field.
- Execute, inspect and supervise the Water Resource Development Project.
- Coordinate, organize and conduct stakeholder meetings, capacity building, and trainings.
- Monitor water quality and water levels due to water harvesting, conservation and management, document the status and make impact assessment reports.
- Ensure all the finances are within the budget.

- Design and develop water conservation solutions.
- Project management and coordination with multi-stakeholders.
- Self-starter to manage projects independently.
- Problem-solving skills to navigate challenges.
- Effective communication skills to deal with stakeholders at different levels.
- Adaptability and flexibility to work in a fast-moving environment.
Age: 25-35 YEARS
Experience:
At least 2–3 years of experience in Water Resources Development and Watershed programs. Experience in working in Rural Development Projects in Government departments will be an added advantage.
