Experience & Educational Qualification:
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in social development/MHM project.
- Master in Social work/post graduate in relevant field.

Job profile:
Key Areas of Responsibility:
- To support in undertaking detailed need assessment/baseline assessment to understand core issues relating to MHM
- To develop a comprehensive strategy for implementation in the form of Project Implementation Plan. Coordinate with all relevant stakeholders (including local communities, government, Implementation per the design support agencies, etc.) for effective implementation of the programme as per the design.
- To innovate and strengthen region specific Social Behavioral Change Communication (SBCC) strategy and enhance tools for it.
- To develop appropriate institutional structure of women groups/adolescent girls to ensure sustainable process.
- To coordinate with donor agencies, central teams for fund mobilization and knowledge partnership.
- Collaborate with relevant local authorities-community, partner organizations, primary health centers and government bodies to gain access to various platforms that can be used to deliver MHM programme in the community.
- To strengthen training modules and tools appropriate to specific region.
- Plan and facilitate baseline, midline and end line study to assess key needs, awareness and understanding levels of students and measure impact. This includes timely collection of quantitative and qualitative data with a sample of participants to measure effectiveness of sessions
- Maintained Documentation and MIS part of programme activity of respective cluster.
- Capacity building of CRPs to ensure effective deliverable of MHM module session to the community.
