Job Description:
1. Overall responsibility to implement processes critical but not limited to Watershed and Non-Watershed projects.
2. Carryout watershed project activities like construction of soil and water conservation structure, demonstration of water saving techniques, improved soil fertility and productivity, promote sustainable farming techniques, capacity building of farmers and climate risk mitigation measure etc.
3. Carryout non-watershed project activities like promotion of income generating activities among SHG members, agriculture allied livelihood, training of farmers etc.
4. Work closely with stakeholders like NABARD and representative of village committee on various aspects of project management/implementation, documentation, and reporting.
5. Supervise day to day activities and monitor field operation to ensure timely achievement of program output and outcome.
6. Build good rapport with stakeholders by regular meeting/communication, timely submission of reports, meeting with village committee to ensure smooth operation.
7. Work closely with M&E and Accounts team to ensure zero gap in data management, record keeping and finance management.
8. Ensure timely completion of critical goals and milestones through the effective allocation of available resources.
9. Prepare and submit all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports/MIS required for Deepak Foundation/NABARD within given due date with zero mismatches in data.
10. Work proactively on the field to get the best possible outcome of project deliverables and support other team members from organization in project designing and implementation.
11. Attends to any other tasks assigned by Reporting Officer 1 or Reporting Officer 2 as per need of organization.
