Can land and soil restoration help control flooding?
Are you interested in investigating the links between land management, soil health and flooding, and potential strategies for tackling this major global challenge? This project funded by the IAPETUS2 programme offers a unique opportunity to design and conduct novel field and lab experiments to test these linkages, working with partners at one of the UK’s leading natural flood management (NFM) demonstration and research catchments; one of a global network of UNESCO Ecohydrology demonstration sites.
