| Task Description: | The Water Global Partnerships Unit seeks to recruit a Short-Term Consultant (STC) to support partner relations and the overall program management and administration of the GWSP program. The Consultant will work closely with the Program Manager of the Global Water Partnership Unit to undertake the following duties and responsibilities: Coordinate GWSP Council Meetings, including mobilizing the efforts for site selection, preparation of the program meeting agenda, drafting of minutes, and logistical support.Support partnership initiatives with internal and external stakeholders, including detailed follow-up on strategic discussions, and organization of events, consultations, and other activities.Draft responses, notes, briefings, and other communication products for Management and in response to development partner requests.Support the development and drafting of work plans for Council and other ad-hoc information and guidance requests from internal and external stakeholders at the operational level.Contribute inputs to the Department’s annual reports and portfolio management as it related to GWSP financed activities.Contribute to the production of communications/knowledge products by working closely with the department’s comms team, the Bank’s ECR and other stakeholders. |
