Flexible work

Do you want to be part of a dedicated team working on the green transition of Denmark? Can you contribute to our team with your strong knowledge within climate adaption and drainage? Are you looking for a flexible job working on some of Denmark’s most interesting projects? Then, here is your chance!

Shape a future where people and societies grow and flourish

Our environment is changing, and we work to ensure that we are ready to face the challenges that are coming. To help us shape the green transition and strengthen our team within drainage, we are looking for an experienced colleague in our drainage and climate adaption area to join our team. We are 26 drainage nerds working alongside our customers on some of Denmark’s most significant projects within climate adaption. And we are thrilled to have contributed to projects like PlusBus in Aalborg and Sæbybakker in Sæby.

Your key responsibilities will be:

  • Lead and facilitate projects
  • Dive into technical solutions within water and climate adaption
  • Solve complex drainage issues
  • Convey your knowledge to the team

Your skills. Our team. Together, we design the future.

The first step to success in this role is that you are eager to collaborate with the people around you, whether they are colleagues, partners or customers. Developing ties with others is something you do by acting respectfully and delivering on your promises. And you never get set in your ways but keep exploring new insights and ways to improve.

On top of that, you will have:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with at least one discipline in drainage (e.g. designing of pipes, climate adaptation, pumping stations, offshore pipelines or similar) and experience as Discipline Lead or Project Manager
  • Experience with drainage projects in Denmark.
  • A degree in engineering
  • Knowledge in CAD-design tools and good IT skills
  • Flair for handling contact with customers and contractors
  • Ability to work efficiently and structured
  • Advanced communication skills in Danish and English, both oral and written
