Project Manager
£30,000-£35,000 p/a depending on experience

Permanent, full-time position for a suitable candidate. Based in our Oxford office but with options for flexible hours and hybrid working from home.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Project Manager to run Freshwater Habitats Trust’s habitat creation and restoration and community engagement programmes in Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire, implementing the Trust’s Freshwater Network concept in the two counties. The position is funded by Defra’s Nature-based Solutions for Climate Change at a Landscape Scale grant scheme.
Evidence of ability to manage multi-partner projects involving freshwater habitats will be essential, including habitat creation/management and working with citizens in practical conservation programmes. Evidence of budget management and staff management are essential, along with knowledge of the ecology of freshwater ecosystems.
