The Rivers Trust is a leading environmental charity and the umbrella body of The Rivers Trust movement, comprising over 65 independent local charities. The salary for the role is £31,867 – £42,488 per year (or pro-rata for a part-time position)

The main job responsibilities are:

  • Managing and running The Rivers Trust’s ArcGIS environment, including administering ArcGIS Online, managing user licences, monitoring credit usage, and troubleshooting software issues.

  • Acting as a primary point of contact for member Trusts and responding to their requests for information, support, and guidance – this involves working with and communicating with people that have a wide range of technical abilities.
  • Continuing the roll out of our shared GIS systems, and the development of a Community of Practice for members in the UK and Ireland.
  • Provide GIS expertise and support delivery across The Rivers Trust’s diverse portfolio of projects.

  • Knowledge of ArcGIS Online administration including managing user roles, credits, and licences
  • At least 3 years’ relevant work experience
