The Role

  • Fixed Term (Up to 3 years), Full Time (35 hours per week)
  • Level 8 – $102,582 – $116,115 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
  • Murrumbidgee Irrigation corporate office, Griffith, NSW (relocation assistance and hybrid work may be considered)

You will work closely with Charles Sturt University’s Academic Project Lead for the One Basin Cooperative Research Centre [CRC] to facilitate successful delivery of hub-based One Basin CRC programs.

You will play the lead role in ensuring the following:

  • Provide partner engagement leadership throughout the designated Hub region.
  • Lead logistical and administrative support for researchers delivering One Basin CRC projects.
  • Provide operational management leadership to One Basin CRC students, interns, researchers and staff.

To be successful you will have

  • Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities to maximise participation outcomes for research organisations and government / industry partners.
  • Proficient organisational capabilities, including the ability to build collaborative relationships with tact and diplomacy.
  • Demonstrated experience in project management.
  • Proven experience in organising and delivering stakeholder workshops and events.
