About the opportunities

Our Water Modelling teams are located across the UK & Ireland, working for multiple clients on all aspects of wastewater infrastructure including feasibility assessment, capital design, optioneering, operational support, development impact assessment, optimisation and smart networks.

As we continue to develop exciting prospects, we are looking for passionate graduates to join our team in our Belfast, Manchester, Birmingham and London offices.  This role will be on a hybrid working arrangement, operating as part of our national diverse and dynamic UK team. We offer the opportunity to work for our global client base and operate as a truly national collaborative team.

The successful candidate will have the opportunities to learn all aspects of water network design, operation and hydraulic modelling. You will be a motivative and innovative individual who embraces new technologies. We will support you to convert your innovative ideas into practical solutions that tackle the challenges facing the water industry. We will support and encourage you to raise our and your own profile across the wider industry.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

·    Development and use of hydraulic models using software such as Infoworks ICM.

·    Responsible for the technical delivery of projects within programme and budget.

·    Working collaboratively with multiple-disciplinary teams internally and externally.

·    Developing and maintaining relationship with clients.

·    Driving health and safety through everything we do.

Here’s What You’ll Need:

·    Qualified to degree level in the relevant subject such as engineering, geography, GIS, a Science related subject or equivalent considered.

·    Ability to work well in a team.

·    Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

·    Excellent communication Skills – oral and written.

·    Excellent organizational skills and be able to multi-task.

·    Desire to learn and develop technically and work towards a professional qualification.

·    Great at problem solving skills.

·    Interest and ability in numerical computational analysis and data analysis.

·    Enthusiasm and curiosity to apply skills to the solution of real-world problems

·    A flexible and innovative self-starter who’s passionate about developing skills.

·    You must have the permanent right to work in the UK.
