We are anticipating a call down soon for an evaluation of a rural water supply and sanitation project in Africa.
We anticipate that this will require a desk study and then field work.
The Team Leader will need:
– Master’s degree
– Fluency in English
– Sound knowledge and understanding of different types of evaluation methodologies, analyses, and reporting
– Sound experience in Rural WASH
– Expertise in integrating human rights based approach and cross-cutting objectives of non-discrimination, gender equality, climate resilience and low emission development into evaluations
– At least 10 years’ experience as an international evaluator in development cooperation programme evaluations
– Experience from working as a Team Leader in at least 7 development cooperation evaluation assignments with a team of at least 2 persons
