As our new NYC Team Leader, you will be part of an internationally leading company within the area of water resource management, climate resilience and integrated water infrastructure. You will work collaboratively with Water colleagues across the Americas, as well as with our US and International Water teams, your key tasks and responsibilities will be:
Talent management and mentoring of people in project management, planning, engineering, and design positions.
To identify and attract talents and senior experts to grow the Water team in the NYC area by +5-10 employees in 2025
Assuming a primary role in divisional P&L, operational and growth KPI’s
To manage larger projects and programs, with overall responsibility for quality, budget & schedule
Leading and mentoring technical design teams to prepare planning studies, engineering estimates, design and construction documents, and quality reviews for municipal water and wastewater integrated infrastructure and resiliency programs
To bring thought leadership for integrated water infrastructure, resiliency and sustainability into proposal creation, execution, and quality reviews of proposals
Participating actively in professional societies with the goal of strengthening technical skills, leading branding activities such as presenting technical papers / publications, and attracting talent
