From the Snake River Basin Adjudication, the largest water adjudication in U.S. history, to the management of surface and ground water resources conjunctively, Idaho is at the forefront of water issues in the West. We are looking for a talented attorney to help advise the Idaho Department of Water Resources on water matters that will shape the history of water law.
We do it all – from advising IDWR, to appearing before the Idaho Water Adjudication Court, to arguing cases before the Idaho Supreme Court. This a unique role where you can make an impact, develop professionally and shape the future.Minimum Qualifications
Admission to the Idaho State Bar and at least 2 years legal experience preferred. Strong academic qualifications are required. Relevant legal and technical work experience or undergraduate technical coursework is desirable.Supplemental Information
