About the Role:
The Senior Water Licensing Officer role is responsible for coordinating and facilitating workflows that provide effective administration of the licensing provisions of the Landscape South Australia Act 2019. The position takes direction from the Team Leader, Murraylands and Riverland. The Senior Water Licensing Officer provides data on licensing activity and provides input into the development of policy and procedures. The position is also responsible for determining eligibility of water licence applications and transfers, and dealing with the more complex licensing issues and customers.

Contract:
This is a merit pool and successful applicants may be offered positions on a term basis according to business needs.
Special Conditions:
- May be required to participate in fire management or associated duties.
- Some out of hours work may be required.
- This role has been designated as a Position of Trust pursuant to the standards required in the Australian Government Protective Security Policy Framework. By applying for this role you consent to being screened under the process of obtaining a National Police Clearance (NPC), and to the Department requiring you to obtain an NPC.
Remuneration:
ASO4 $74,315 min – $77,901 max p.a., pro rata for part time hours.
