ABOUT US
Hi! We are a multinational Social Enterprise.
We use the term “Enterprise” because we are using sales growth and market development in order to achieve our “Social” vision: a world where everyone can wash their hands at key moments in order to prevent disease.

We mass-produce the world’s leading standalone hand washing station, the HappyTap. During COVID-19, our sales dramatically increased through partnerships with governments and NGOs, and over 5M people are now washing hands in schools, households, and healthcare facilities around the world (Vietnam, US, Canada, Kenya, India, Madagascar, Cambodia, Bangladesh, and elsewhere).

We are looking for professionals to join our small but growing team. The India Senior Manager Partnerships and Institutional sales will help us continue to build partnerships through advocacy with NGOs and government departments in India, while also identifying new strategic channels & distributors to increase the availability of our product.

As our partnerships manager, you will work with our team to build up a market for efficient portable handwashing stations in India. To be successful at scale, we will need to explore and form partnerships with a range of organizations — in trading & marketing; in school and health care sectors; and with relevant government departments and NGOs/NPOs.

Some of our partnerships in India are well underway; many are still in the early stages of exploration.

In this role, you’ll be moving between strategic questions about what we should do and tactical questions about how we can do it and whether it’s working.

Most other business challenges you have faced till now in your career will be boring and easy by comparison — that’s been our experience so far.

YOU SHOULD APPLY IF …
You’re passionate about marketing, public health, and problem solving, and you’re ready to help make a difference by building a business to prevent disease prevention across India.

You are interested in the fast pace and flexibility of a start-up environment, and want to hone your entrepreneurial skills.

Your role will be to :
1. Identify strategies and partnerships to grow our business in healthcare facilities, schools, and households in India.
2. Lead discussions with potential partners in government, NGO/NPOs, and the private sector; identify ways of working together.
3. Run a range of sales experiments — these could be online or offline; targeting households or institutions; working with partners, or with our own sales team. URGE FOR ACTION.
4. Evaluate these experiments. Learn from what doesn’t work. Help us scale up what does.
