By showing companies the business case for mitigating water risk, Waterplan accelerates the transition to a world where companies are incentivized to save more water, abate the discharge of polluting effluents, conserve watersheds and preserve shared value.
Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Water Advisor Lead to join the Customer Success team at Waterplan.
You will work in a fully remote distributed team across multiple disciplines at a science-oriented company.

Main responsibilities include:
- The Water Advisor Lead oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of specific mid and long term professional services with specified deliverables.
- Coordination and be the referent of the Water team.
- KPIs management, hiring planning, allocation of resources.
- Be capable to bring feedback to different stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Product team with different feedback that the Water Advisors may have.
Skills and Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in SaaS or Consultancy companies..
- Experience in Project Management
- +3 years of experience managing teams of +10 people.
- You’ve experienced early stage startup’s typical situations or similar environments.
- You are extremely organized and a strong written communicator.
- Experience with ClickUp, Asana, Trello, or similar task management system.
- Excited about the early days of a startup.
- Skilled communicator. Passionate about the environment and water.
- A team player with experience coordinating in complex and technical fields. Excited to learn about the environment and water and relentlessly curious.
- Have a track record of doing whatever it takes to get things done. You’ve accomplished something that others thought was impossible. You’re relentlessly resourceful.
- Previous experience in the Climate Tech space is a plus.
- Have a degree in Chemical Engineering,Industrial Engineering, or similar fields.
- Fluence in English is a must.
- Be located in Argentina.
