Offer Description
The research activities will concern: 1) the integration of nature-based solutions as part of the Water Energy Food and Environment NEXUS concept and the impact of emerging contaminants in agricultural activities; 2) monitoring activities of the hydraulic efficiency and treatment of green infrastructures, 3) investigate the construction and the management costs of water-related green infrastructures; 4) innovation in the definition and design of nature-based solutions works. Skills in spatial data management through GIS applications and basic skill numerical modelling of groundwater and relationship with surface waters are required. The successful applicant have to master the Italian language at mothertongue level and good knowledge of the English language Research activities include the preparation of technical reports and scientific publications. The research fellow will participate in project meetings and conferences and congresses on the topics of research activities.
