ASSIGNMENT DESCRIPTION
C. SCOPE OF WORK
Focused on the feasibility phase of the PPP process, the Firm will design and implement a community engagement approach to support the stakeholder engagement processes associated with PPP development. The objective of the stakeholder engagement process is to identify CBWSOs that are interested in participating (voluntarily) in a PPP tender for rural water supply. To achieve economies of scale, the tender will have a geographical boundary of 1-2 neighboring regions, which the Firm can select through analysis and discussions with RUWASA etc. The community engagement should emphasize work and dialogue with community members, CBWSOs, local leaders, and organizations, paying special attention to persons with disabilities, the extremely poor and other members of vulnerable groups, nevertheless, the community engagement process should optimize resources and be as efficient and effective as positive. Etc.

SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
The World Bank Group now invites eligible firms to indicate their interest in providing the services. Interested firms must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc. for firms; CV and cover letter for individuals). Please note that the total size of all attachments should be less than 5MB. Consultants may associate to enhance their qualifications.

NOTES
Following this invitation for Expression of Interest, a shortlist of qualified firms will be formally invited to submit proposals. Shortlisting and selection will be subject to the availability of funding.
