The DEWA R&D Center is looking for a senior researcher in the area of Analytical Chemistry, Water Chemistry or Instrumental Methods of Characterization and Analysis. The candidate should have an experience in characterization of liquid samples. He must be familiar with the techniques of spectral analysis and methods of chromatography. The candidate must be familiar with the process from sample preparation to analysis and data reporting. The ideal candidate must be acquainted with ICP-MS and familiar with related software.
The candidate should be comfortable working as member of a dynamic, research-oriented group with several ongoing concurrent projects across multiple areas, but should also able to manage individual tasks independently. Unconventional thinking and the ability to conduct innovative research across disciplines are highly desirable qualities.
- MSc in a related discipline e.g. e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Water Chemistry or Instrumental Methods of Characterization and Analysis. etc.
- PhD in a related discipline e.g. Analytical Chemistry, Water Chemistry or Instrumental Methods of Characterization and Analysis
- Scopus-indexed publication record
- General modeling and simulation skills (e.g. Matlab, etc.)
