The Kinnickinnic River Land Trust(link is external) in River Falls, Wisconsin, seeks an Executive Director to lead KRLT as it celebrates its 25th year of carrying out its mission — to work with the community to conserve and protect the Kinnickinnic River and its watershed. The executive director position may be part-time or full-time, depending on the skill set and preferences of the final candidate. The successful candidate will:

  • Demonstrate an ability to lead a dynamic organization;
  • Have proven fundraising and management skills;
  • Communicate effectively, both written and oral;
  • Demonstrate commitment to conservation and environmental causes;
  • Be passionate about connecting water, land and people;
  • Hold a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience; and
  • Have at least 5 years of land trust related work experience.
