Post-Doc on Lake Reefs as Biological Hotspots

Location: Rubenstein Ecosystem Science Laboratory, University of Vermont

Responsibilities: Successful applicant will develop a research program on the role of lake reefs as areas of resource concentration and increased biological activity and diversity. Opportunities to teach and/or mentor undergraduate researchers are available.

Qualifications: Competitive applicants will have a strong background in aquatic ecology or related field, working across multiple taxa, field sampling, data analysis and programming, demonstrated aptitude for organization and publishing, and a strong interest in working in a collaborative setting.

Salary: $49,000/yr plus benefits for 2 years
